Let food be thy medicine & medicine be thy food
— Hippocrates

1st Step: Free 20 Min Discovery Call

Let’s chat!

During this call we will discuss current symptoms, root cause healing, and what nutritional therapy is all about.

2nd Step: Initial Evaluation

Please note that these prices below are a limited time intro special.

Here we go! $225

The Initial Evaluation is where your healing journey begins and locks you in! The severity of the underlying imbalances contributing to your symptoms will determine how long we will need to work together to tackle the root cause, either 3 or 6 months.

A comprehensive 320 nutritional assessment questionnaire - This provides a VERY in-depth evaluation on your most annoying symptoms and possible nutrient deficiencies that are hindering you from feeling your best. This also provides a visual that will show your progress.

5-day food and mood journal analysis - This will allow me to connect the patterns on what you are consuming, how you are feeling, eating habits, sleep, stress, movement, and bowel movements.  Here I will discover what adjustments can be made.

90 min virtual call - We’ll discuss my findings from your paperwork and take a deep dive into your concerns, goals, lifestyle, medical history, family history, and more. I want to know everything there is to know about your health struggles so I can get to the root cause!

Plan of action – We’ll discuss which package is best for you and if functional testing is necessary after gathering the above information. It is necessary to work together for at least three months to make significant progress as there is no band-aid approach here like how you would get with conventional medicine.

3rd Step: 3 Or 6 Month Temple Restore

time to get to work! $750 or $1400

Starts within 4 weeks after the Initial Evaluation

Your 3 or 6 Month Temple Restore begins after your Initial Evaluation.

The 3 Month Temple Restore - $750 + cost of supplements

This package is designed for clients that don’t have severe digestive symptoms and need a little assistance with navigating what to eat and basic lifestyle tips.

  • One 60 min virtual visits per month.

  • Customized protocols for your specific bio-individual needs.

  • Retake of the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire as needed, to monitor your progress.

  • Additional Food and Mood Journal to really get a feel of how your body is responding to custom protocol and nutritional adjustments.

  • Unlimited communication. It’s important to me that you are not left to figure this journey out on your own! Any questions or concerns regarding your protocol can be asked via text message through Practice Better and will be answered within 24-48 hours.

  • Educational handouts to provide you with tips and tricks to ignite your healing process.

The 6 Month Temple Restore - $1400 + cost of supplements & functional testing.

This package was created for clients that have severe digestive symptoms which is going to require more time and effort to restoring balance.

Everything the 3 month package offers including:

GI-MAP - The most accurate stool test on the market quantifying several pathogens by reading the DNA of the microorganisms residing in the gut that could be the culprit to several different nagging symptoms. Why choose the GI-MAP?

MRT-170 - The most accurate food sensitivity test on the market, testing food and chemical reactions. It is an indirect method of measuring mediator release so we are able to identify the level of sensitivity to 170 different foods. This is extremely important! You cannot heal your gut if we don’t identify and remove the foods triggering an immune response. What’s the big deal with food sensitivities?

SIBO testing if needed – If SIBO is suspected or there are still signs of bacterial overgrowth after initial protocol I will recommend this test.

Note: Functional testing is not required for the 6 Month Temple Restore. Progress can be made from investigating symptoms, foundational support, and utilizing the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire. However, if you are struggling with severe digestive symptoms, I do recommend at least running a GI-MAP.
